Kassie has officially cut her first tooth. Both girls have been teething for some time now, drooling, chewing etc. Over the last few days-week she has been complaining more then usual lately and waking up more at night. While she was complaining on Thursday I put my finger in her mouth for her to chew on and I was poked by a very sharp needle-like projection. Yeah a tooth.

Like any good mother I got very excited and tried to call Nana and Papa, my best girl friends etc to tell them the good news. Do you think any one was there to answer the phone? Nope. Kassie and I just had to share in the glory by our selves.

She’s still chewing like a little monster though, I think she’s gonna be one of those kids that gets a whole bunch of teeth at once. I haven’t decided if that will be good or bad though.

Lena is still chewing and drooling, waiting for hers to pop through. Should be any day now. She is exhibiting classic teething signs.
