Finger Painting
These were taken this summer. The tables the girls are at are adaptive tablesĀ and chairs that were designed for them by our OT Laura (who just had a baby boy congrats!) and our PT Shelley. We use them a lot.

Assign one or two children to be your “helpers.” These kids can help you pass out paper towels, rinse out paint cups, etc. Kids love to help and if you have a few that are pretty dependable they can make things a bit easier for you.
Keep at least one or two small buckets or bowls of water handy, along with a big roll of paper towels. This way as soon as a child finishes up they can dip their hands in the water to rinse them off, rather than having ten messy kids rushing to your one sink. It might be easier for you to get up to refill the water bowl every few minutes rather than sending the kids to the sink.

The idea of fingerpainting and kids fills me with both joy and dread. They love it, so I love it, but the mess can be a nightmare especially if they get bored and wander off with unclen hands.
It is really ultimate finger printing of baby with have a quite smile.
She’s doing finger printing like she’s perfect in it. Her mom helping her in each single task. Really after seen these pics, i wept and move to meet my twins at home..
She is looking nice on doing finger printing on these images.
I have a little leery of baby-care books. If there’s one you thought was junk — even if it was just you, and everybody else loves it — could you mention the name, and tell me why you disliked it? Thanks!
Looks like you had a lot of fun finger painting together. The tables you used look well made. Thanks for sharing the pictures Korrina.

They are sweet, how old are they now? Great finger paintings!
I’m a pre-k teacher with 20 four-year-old students. Finger painting is really fun for the students, but clean up takes forever, especially with only one sink in our classroom. Are there any good tips on how to make clean up time a bit easier?

you can finder paint with Jello pudding. You can get vanilla, chocolate and butterscotch in real flavors, but you can also use food dye to tint the Vanilla to any color you want.i don’t think this is the answer you were looking for, but i think finger painting made of pudding, or other food and liquid would represent something really fun, like 5 year old kids at a party.
thats tooo funny never fingerpaint until the crayon thing is down pat (well at least when they learn how to color on paper instead of walls) i bet it was fun to clean lol good luck
Those are pretty darn good finger paintings :O
She performing better with the help of Mom.Paintings looking pretty good.:)
Kids love finger painting as they want to free their-self.She’s learning from mom and performing better.very nice pics.
I think it sounds like a really fun activity for him. My daughter is three and loves finger painting and as long as he doesn’t have a habit of putting things in his mouth and you keep an eye on him while he is around the paints, it should be safe.
