ARGHHHHH!
So yesterday we had two different appointments and they both didn’t go very well. The frustrations of not only having twins but having preemie twins. We have more appointments and issues to check on than the average person will have in a lifetime.
So our afternoon started with an audiology appointment. The girls need to have their ears checked periodically to make sure there are no problems. Preemie stuff. So we get there and they had given away our appointment because the secretary hadn’t told them we were coming. So we were asked to go to our neonatal follow up and then come back. Not a huge deal. So off we go.
So we go upstairs to the neonatal clinic, we’re early first time ever! It started off great. Since we had just been weighed and measured the day before the nurse just took the measurements from me and we didn’t have to strip the girls and make them mad. Then we waited for the Dr. Last month (6 weeks ago). Lena was taken off her oxygen, she was to only wear it at bedtime. However, like her sister, she was doing very well so prior to the appointment I stopped it altogether. So he went to test he O2 stats and I fully expected great results. SHE FAILED. How discouraging. So now she HAS to wear it at bedtime and we are back on our diuretics to ensure there is no fluid building in her chest cavity pushing on her lungs. Great one step back. Oh well, I should be glad she doesn’t have to wear it all the time. I was so happy when we didn’t have to lug around those stupid tanks anymore. So we re-evaluate in one month. Kassie, was great she showed the Dr. how well she played then promptly went to sleep. he figured he should let her sleep and would examine her next time.
Then off we went back to audiology. The lady there was a gem, let me tell you. The first thing she said to me was " Oh … you don’t have anyone else with you!" I though to myself, Does every mother with twins have an assistant? No.. well then you have to tell me in advance when you want me to bring one. She hadn’t. Oh well so we struggled through. What fun it was. Lena’s test was fast and great. Kassie was sleeping so it was quite and the test was fast. Then she made me put Lena down to get Kassie. Well it was no longer quite and Kassie’s test took forever. Poor little tyke. Then to top it all off her right ear didn’t pass so she had to do it again to be sure. FAIL. However, fluid behind the ear drum (which is common in babies esp preemies) causes the failure. So, so far there is nothing wrong with her ear, we are just supposed to watch in case she gets an ear infection from the fluid back there.
Yeah! Another month of appointments is over.

You made some decent points there. I seemed on the internet for the difficulty and found most individuals will associate with together with your website.
